Cruise Disruptors in Altair ?

Hi all,
As far as I can see, there are no cd's for sale anywhere in Altair and I cannot get ammo even for my Mosquito.
Am I looking in the wrong place ??

as far as I know, there are no ammunition sold for any equipment, which is from Sirius sector, exept countermeasure flares.

Do they not have their own Cruise Disruptor launcher ?

No, they don't. The only way to get CDs there is to pass missions against sirius factions (you can get Hornet's ammo and launcher).
