I just installed Microsoft Expression Web (Frontpage 2007).
1. question: Is it possible with it make a page like other clans have? I mean with forum...
2. question: if not, how then?
and 3. is about another thing: How to make a clan sign?

Well, there are free forums though ... you can search for them in google. Then use FTP to upload the forum at a free hosting(or at a paid one, if you want). And after that , you can set up your forum as you wish.
