We are now open to negotiations, however, the clan will be inactive until 1.9 comes out.
No specific permission is needed for entering Helios if you are a freelancer, irrelevant of your liscense.
Currently though, no roleplay is allowed in Helios
Currently, we have had only diplomatic negotiations with one clan, and that is [gT].
The current [gT] relations, is that any [gT] clan member...
Both clans may base in other clan's home system.
Bounty setting on other clans is not tolerated.
If a clan member(s) from each clan are chasing the same bounty, hostility acceptable.
Decreased cost for ships in home systems of both clans, $2,000,000 decrease for any ships in Synergy system, $4,000,000 extra for any ships in [gT] system. Payable to any member online.
Access through both systems granted. Permission not needed.
No current alliance.
