    I just wanted to say...That it is so good to see the Freelancer Universe kept alive. I got online the crossfire server last night for just a little while. It was nice to meet a couple of you. In fact I was set up with a million credits to get started. What to do with it was the big question. I think some one who has been there a while should put something there to pick up. I.E. A noob container. That way when you pick it up you can read about how people get started in the server. I was overwelmed every time I got a chance to do a run by the bad guys. I died so easily. Thanks for the money but again what next. I personally figured...get a tougher ship and then make some money. But I could not get started...DEATH!!! by the bad guys. Im sure once people get started and join clans and so forth it becomes very cool. But for me the first hour or so...is HELL! Someone PLEASE HELP

    trading to make a lot of money first is the easiest way to start with. Then you can buy a good fighter with some decent equipment. NPCs are so well balanced now that with comparable equipment (Liberty defender to take down Rogue Bloodhound) it will be a long and close fight... better get a very good fighter instead of going up the steps slowly hunting pods or doing missions. But to buy that good fighter, you need money, hence trading first !
