Shipwright and Coder needed for Antares Mod Team

  • The Antares Mod Team needs a Ship Modder, a Weaponsmith, and general Coders.
    Background on the Antares Mod:
    1-Improved physics and customization levels eg. one can add different powerplant/engine/thrusters/armor/scanners/tractor beams/shields to customize one's choice of ship. Any gun can be mounted on any non-capitol ship, so even a Starcrapper can carry code guns and cannonballs.
    2-the Antares Mod is an evolving mod, in that Clans and Freelancers can build bases, terraform planets, and research new weapons and equipment. The new stuff shows up in the next update.


    Well when we started brainstorming the update we're working on atm, I made what I thought was a reasonable suggestion...why don't we add two new factions and one new system, to provide an intermediary area for new players to do medium difficulty missions?
    We wound up going a LITTLE crazy with that idea, and now we have several new factions and several new systems....and each of the new factions needs thier own unique ships, weapons and equipment.
    We could really use some help getting the "July" update out.
