tell ya this - i am NOT reading that whole uber-long MS article, but what I DO know is that most [if not all] hardware-related freelancer problems can be fixed by disabling 3D Sound. and that I really DO know [SIZE=1]since this topic is the most popular on this whole forum since everyone just makes a new thread about it, instead of reading the 100s [ok not that much :)] of other threads on the same topic :)[/SIZE]

in short: no need to get technical - just disable the 3d sound and let all ur FL+Hardware related problems fade away

i will b cleaning these pointless threads in technical problems subforum anytime soon, just as i did clean support forum some time ago.

there should be a stickied thread: "See this if you get a BSOD while traveling trough systems!"

i already made one in support forum. but for the sake of the rest of moderators in this subforum, i wasn't really in the mood to force my changes before announcing me.
