Crash in SP, mission 10

    Hi Guys,


    As per the topic, I launch from Holstien to head for the rebel base, and the game crashes just as I enter the asteroid feild.
    :(


    Can anyone please help?


    Is there any more info I can give to help diagnose the problem?

    i didnt play sp very long, but lots of problems get solved by turning off 3D sound.

    something w/ the encounters maybe? my guess is that you have a corrupt installation...

    This'll be the 3rd re-install in as many months. :(


    engbase.dll, anyone know of any problems relating to this file?

    ?? do you think there's a problem with it? i can't remember anyone having problems w/ it so far...


    but actually I doubt cos it's in EXE not DATA folder...
