Hi Guys,
I wish to change the in-game music, Is it a case of simply changing the filename of the music you want to the one you wish to replace?
Is there a way to know which music is which?, as most are fairly generically named.

take a look at ini files in Freelancer\DATA\AUDIO folder. they have all info u need, but try not to change them, instead just change the files themselves, keeping the names.

yup
i usually hook up iTunes to my mobile phone so i can control the music w/o alt-tabbing out just take my phone and select a song or change the volume 
or if i get tired of CF gunfire sounds [or try to keep the ping low or something like that] I just use the ipod w/o pc
