Custom Loading Screen/Movies

    First off....


    To add movies, they have to be in .wmv format and put into the MOVIES directory in Freelancer\DATA


    The open: EXE\Freelancer.ini


    and where it says:


    [Startup]
    movie_file=movies\MGS_Logo_Final.wmv
    movie_file=movies\DA_Logo_Final.wmv


    add the following below it:


    movie_file=movies\FILENAME.wmv


    Now for the Loading Screen...


    There are 4 files you need for this:


    startupscreen.tga
    startupscreen_1280.tga
    startupscreen_16.bmp
    startupscreen_1280_16.bmp


    All located: Freelancer\DATA\INTERFACE\INTRO\IMAGES


    you need Photoshop(preferably) to open these, you can edit them or make your own. You Then simply save or replace those files and you'll have your own Custom Loading Screen - MAKE SURE THE FILETYPES STAY THE SAME!
