WoT: The path to Heavies

I finally managed to get myself this thing - a KV-1, a Tier V Soviet tank.

I didn't expect much from it and at first I was right about the expectations. Not much hitpoints, dinky cannon (still works against lower levels), not much in terms of armor, untrained crew and relatively anemic engine. Seriously, a stock KV-1 crawling uphill is a pathethic sight, especially after T-28's wonderful horsepower-to-weight ratio.

That is... until it gets upgrades. So far I upgraded tracks and turret... was pleasantly surprised by the latter when I managed to facetank more damage than I had hitpoints in at least two battles. Granted, from the same level LTs. The lack of speed still leaves me ganked in open terrain thoigh.
