100 Roentgen Bar

One of the most peaceful places in the Zone(unless you are a Freedomer), "100 Roentgen" Bar (or simply Bar) Is a safe haven for a lot of neutral stalkers. The bar is placed in one of the factory buildings, the rest of the facility is under control of Duty, and Dutyers have their HQ there as well - hence why Freedomers are personae non grata there (since these two factions hate each other).
