"Mutations second only to Primal Queen of Blades", and it shows - apparently the uniform (including the awesome pimping hat) is enough for Stukov to survive the conditions of the Warp Void.
Either that or he's keeping himself together with a sheer force of will and lust for revenge. Which is a lot more grimdark yet a whole lot more awesome.
