I use SweetFX, I'll have to try that shader, the lighting looks better on yours. I have a GT740 Nvidia, not the best but I can play a lot of new games on ultra settings...maybe you have a better card then me?
I don't like SweetFX - color saturation and contrast with that shader look exaggerated to me. Anyway, ENB doesn't load GPU as much as SweetFX, so you should have no problems using it with your card. One important difference is that SweetFX includes anti-aliasing and ENB does not, therefore ENB looks worse by default; you can fix this by enabling AA for Freelancer in Nvidia Control Panel (select "Override any application setting" in Altialiasing - Mode).
I have an Nvidia GTX 750 Ti now, with all settings maxed out for the best quality in Nvidia control panel, and was previously using Radeon HD 7750 and HD 4850 with no problems. I still have a feeling that Radeon cards provided smaller input latency with V-Sync enabled (it's really noticeable on this GTX card) and better looking textures on remote objects - need to investigate this some day.

When overriding with the control panel, what settings do you apply?
