Mouse problems in Crossfire 1.7

    I was playing Freelancer just fine before using Crossfire. Problem is when I am turning with my mouse the game will just abruptly stop turning for no reason. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? When it happens I just push the rear view button then the game will let me use the mouse again but I am hoping for a permanent solution.

    please ensure you have no rolling (about the axis) activated. then it may happen now and then that the ship seems to be not controllable
