i doubt that ur installation of fl is ok, as it seems that client and server files r not identical... please do a clean install by following the "Installation Instructions" in the CF Guide (link here). note: while installing and updating, please do start everything as administrator and make sure that read only attribute is not set on folders and files in ur freelancer path...
