try following my method: 1. delete flmm and all mods within 2. delete FL and all saved data 3. reinstall FLMM 4. download and unzip CF1.7 5. reinstall FL 6. activate mod in FLMM. 7. Launch FL from the FLMM this takes me 15-20 mins tops and never fails. Doppleganger.
