Samothraki: I don't speak for the server police (SP's), but the no-PvP in NY rule is pretty much observed by all. Sometimes players get shot up inadvertantly, while others are testing new weapons, or getting used to an environment rich in NPC targets, but I have not seen a deliberate kill in NY.
