The rule is deadly simple : to buy BMGs you gotta have a Smuggler license. If your clan is not of the Smuggler type, you cannot mount it and need to find other ways of earning money. Smuggling is one of the 4 RP and never has it been permitted to play 2 RPs at the same time. If you want to smuggler so much, why not create a mafia/gangster-style clan ? otherwise, stick to your own RP.

the 4 RPs are basis for getting the ball rolling and maintaining the action. Of course, the most basic interaction is "kill an enemy" and the 4 RP decides the enemies for each.
