To be honest, i skiped most of the text (it's pretty long to be honest), but i think the main reason they missed out on some elements, it's TIME. They were already post-noting it 2-3 times and they couldn't do that more (i mean they could have done that, but that would throw another shadow on them). They had to do it as soon as possible. I don't know Huor if you have read, that you can't see eachother. And i think, they never thought about that part about " What are players supposed to do when they meet each other? ", because they thought that couldn't happen (that's just what i think).
