When you play single player, are you letting the launcher fully update before you try to play? -
In the last section of the Equipment Dealer in ALL (as far as i know) there are no scanners, tractor beams available in ANY of the Coalition bases.It's been that way for as long as i've been playing the mod. Only Bots/Bats in the last section. Only Coaly ammo and CMs available in the other section. You should still have weapons, ships, commodities working. Coaly bases just don't sell scanners or tractor beams. (i assume Op figured anyone that made it out there already had a scanner and tractor …
