There is no way to get in texas before mission 2(if you have problems in those systems, adjust the difficulty)

Is it possible to use different prices in Single player and Multiplayer? The only usable prison before mission 2 is in Alaska and you need to go all the way through Custodian and X-3043 to get there I would prefer to sell them on Fort Bush, or maybe Battleship Missouri (Liberty Dreadnoughts are known to have maximum security cells) Having to stay in one system trading your way up is just annoying.
