you can type it in console, you just need to choose the system chat in the chatwindow, then if you hit "up" or "down" you can swich between systemchat, groupchat or console. Actually you can type the commands in systemchat aswell, but the point is, everything you type in systemchat other pipl in the system can see. If you use the console, noone can see it, so there is no chat/spam-waste on the window of other pipl
