I got this issue once and figured it was a mission trigger. You are supposed to use Go To (F2) all the way on your way to Venn gate.Before Juni and King dock, your ship should stop automatically, while you get the order to let Juni and King dock. Do NOT move your ship from that moment.That is where I broke it. I approached the gate and waited for them to dock.
