How much unequipped items was on this char?Was this ID with normal chars and storage? or it was only one strage char on seprate ID? -
Ajay: this explain all (imo). Problem is that your ID (char or chars) was/were corrupted due "too many equipment" on it. There is not exact number what is "too much" but info/experience I got is that max 300 equipment on ID and 100 on single char. With more rise chance for problem exponencially. Next to this is more as recomended to have storages as standalone char on separate ID and have there max around 90 unequipped equipment.
