  • Well, I got a considerable lag 2 times today, when attacked, first time by 2 wolverines, next time by komodo dragons... My ping is 56, with 0 loss, and 0 fluct. Someone online suggested me to restart the launcher (launcher version is 1.6) Btw. another thing: whenever I start the launcher, it tries to install a program called Music Coach Player, but it can't because I don't have it obviusly. It tries to find it on a cd, but there is no, so I click cancel, and then the launcher opens. Might it be…
  • Well, I got rid of Music Coach player, but the problem continues, in many fight situations, the game tends to twitch a lot. Now there could be lots of different solutions here... maybe my hardware can't handle the new crossfire effects but I doubt it... • Well, honestly, I have no idea about that, tell me how to check it and then I'll get back to ya.
  • (Quote) Didn't help... it's the same thing with it turned on or off... The problem is definitely with the sound effects... I have to completely mute them. If I move the sound effect slider even an inch to the right, the problem occurs.
  • Ok I'll try that then
  • Problem solved! It was the drivers, problem was, I didn't know which sound card I had, because it's integrated on the motherboard. Luckily I found the motherboard's CD, and on it an installation for new sound card drivers. Thank you all for your help, now my Freelancer expirience is complete
