Blanc. I did an install 1 week ago. I had similar problem. For me, I went out of order from the CF install guide. I installed FL before the rest and got the strange screen too. Please try fresh install and follow the steps exactly. For me it didnt make sense to install mod manager and CF first before FL, but it is the only way it works Here is the link to the install guide.
