You must anticipate your moves, that's all ...Normally, when i give a tax/fine command, i will let 15 seconds for the player to respond (i just circling around him) ... that's long enough to respond ... if npcs are around, i will let them settle first... but sometimes the players take this advantage by being killed by npcs purposely to avoid the tax/fine ... killed by npcs, no tax/fine being paid ...
  • Hello APE, in fact, the pirate will join the action if he knows or see the the other player standing still to be killed by npcs to avoid tax ... no harm in that i guess ... hehehehe ...
