    people can always alt tab and close CF via desktop or just quit with task manager but then again removing F1 will be contraproductive to the "NO suicide by NPCs" especially when there are stronger npcs around such as GMG ASF/CSF Outcasts etc... and trust me, some people will use this as their advantage other than that its good idea
