I can only suggest to replay whole mission using MISSION save and follow instructions included when to land. In vanilla you will get 'new' ship from Juni on start and its all. What you described looks like messed mission script (I ssuspect this can happen using autosaves).

OpenSP ??? ... this is when player want to play WITHOUT storyline campaign. If you want play campaign, then you do not touch OpenSP!

good you resolved this problem, enjoy storyline! .. btw pls try use next EDIT button, you can add there edit and also set post 'as new' in post settings.

while you have post open (new, edit) check menus below post text box.
