I spent hours trying to get rid of an annoying frame stutter every second. The only way I found out how to fix it is to download radeon pro, set flip queue to 1, disable aero and force process high priority. Not sure exactly which of those fixed it but I think it was simply the flip queue issue. It runs perfect now These options weren't available in the catalyst control center. Hope this helps someone!
