@NucNuc - you have EM potential May I suggest 3 teams instead, as it is very hard to predict how many will join.The 3 teams will be Fugitives in turns I think that one is allmost ready to go. If more is added, it gets too complicated imo.Comments ?

NPC's are too unreliable A test will show if it works.Maybe it can be necessary to get Navy hostile to Fugitive group (ex. all Fugitives shoot at station when event starts)
