In case you want to have all open and no limitations where you want to go, then you need either finish first SP Campaign (means the need to preciselly follow campaign path till end of the last mission!), or use "Open SP" choice in mod launcher/options to end campaign and this will deactivate immediatelly all campaigns scripts.
