X-Ray, from my experience the bribes for CSF, ASF, and the Order are available in X-3043 and all of the surrounding systems except for vanilla systems (Omicron Alpha, Omicron Minor, for instance). Are the reps different in singleplayer than in multiplayer? I've bribed the CSF on almost every character I have and it's never made me hostile to other factions. If anything I've found it annoying that killing ASF or becoming friendly with criminal organizations doesn't really help the CSF rep. Also, the junkers bribe has never taken my rep with them from hostile to neutral, but if you mean Outcasts I suppose that makes more sense... either way I'm all confused now.
