This is an IOC internal matter, which Op and I are aware of. IOC needs to make decisions based on their needs of the members and the Charter under which IOC was founded. Having said all this, I will convey that this is not a wise decision at all. For a server clan to dismantle without extensive internal discussions, will heavily affect the server itself.
