Your antivir and firewall MUST have a possibility to set them manually => excluding files and programs from scan. Maybe work on that too.

I know of at least one case with exactly the same problem abd with exactly the same error message as posted by Parkan in his first post. We are doing an augmented de-/re-installation, atm in the phase of new downloading (due to ...sssloooww internet-connection will take quite some time). Therefore your solution Parkan cam - unfortunatly - too late in this second case. We will proceed with the "regular" installation routine to see if the problem remains - and then use Parkans way.
