That point is: If you SAs are coming to me and/or catching me with the so called monopoly - what chance do i have to verify you are saying the truth? I mean then everyone could come to somebody saying he is carrying his good. The BMGs in game are not marked especially belonging to a clan or not. Normal players wont have a chance to recognize what you are demanding from them.
