I think that can be remedied by adjusting gamma settings in-game; many of the locations in Nexus are in fairly dark space, instead of inside nebulae, as in many FL systems... Looks like a realistically gritty ship skin, though; one would expect some weathering & detritus after firefights & asteroid belts!

I am handling the voice files for Starlancer: The Sol Wars, so I'd be happy to contribute some voice files for Nexus As for ship icons, that will have to wait until I finally get some spare funds for Photoshop...

If I read the official Nexus forums correctly, "The Aurora Affair" is the first Nexus mod to have original voice scripting! Of course, this allows for much more freedom creating and developing a storyline; I look forward to the complete project.
