did you delete the leftover files after you unstalled it? and get (CC cleaner ) to clean up your registry just in case something there is conflicting with it.and make sure your download ant corrupted. an idea:)

there is one prob i encounted (not a biggey:P ) after you unstall CF then you put a fresh install of freelancer with the extras wiped out, (leftover files etc...) that the FL CF icon comes back in a day or a week when CF is not present. a mistory yet to be solved:P
