  • The key to your problem is your antivirus. I run Vista and it took me forever to figure out what the true issue was. I uninstalled Norton 360 and am now using Avira Antivir (the free version). Using Avira you should have a much better connection. Also, you will have errors now as the sever was recently upgraded and is not fully functional yet but more likely than not connection errors are not your fault.
