Example 1: A pirate is chasing a train for tax and the train is able to dock. The train pilot may switch to any char and continue play. Example 2: A cop is chasing a train for bmg and the train is able to dock. The train pilot may switch to any char and continue play. OP, is my understanding of this rule correct?
