Hmmm, ... this BS issue .... It is ONE of the specialties of CF to be focused and made to the taste of the fighter pilot.NOT for the capital ship / fleet captain style. There are other FL mods that serve this taste. Therefore the ULTIMATE fighting vehicle with the ability to conquer (almost) every task .. better : enemy WILL (imho) stay the Very Heavy Fighter. HuorThen perhaps just an "indexing" letter or other kind of sign. @OPNo, you can try to avoid the guy, who know you know might wants to RP you, what I would consider already as RP, and/or get "prepared" (best defense : ATTACK) for it, but you can't avoid it, since the other guy IS alraedy after your butt .IMHO

@RexorYou mean something like that "Rowlett's Revenge" turret you might get during the 3rd story mission ? Won't work on the server. Why ? After each server reboot it would be "regenerated" and in due time you would find it advertised by one of the well known "Gun Shops" around ."specialts" gone . "abilities" (Personally I would REALLY benefit from such buoys, but I'm definitly not a scale) I would agree on BigM. It IS hard to go to Lost Paradise and roam Inner Core. It is supposed to be that hard and such a challange to survive.But it is numerously proven, that it is possible.

Would like to come back to the issue of ... somehow recognizing what roleplay- licence a player carries/sports.And IF the game is - serversided - even capable of recognizing it by itself. Perhaps a command similar to : /bounty, that shows you which plyers online have a bounty on their head. like : /pir, /pol, /smu and /merc, then showing a list of players who wear this licence. Something I found very helpful playing the mercenary role. On logg in I "check" if there are any "jobs" (bounties) out…

If you wanna "vent" something into and through it for i.e. cooling...there should BE something for venting. Remember ? Space = VACUUM (beside some dust and dirt partikles that would just BUST yout ship if it got hit with orbital velocity which is quite commonly found with spacedust and particles ) And for my taste : it looks too much "air"plane like (but that's just me).

Agree on that. At the momentary state of affairs - best might be to STOP with ANY further suggestion AT ALL. MAAN ! We have already thrown enough at them to make almost 2 completly new games. Best for all of us : wait, enjoy what the dev team HAS already show us and ... wait.At some point they might come up wuth a question on their own : "how would you like this or that" And the next point might be : "Anybody interested in beta testing ?"(I shiver in my boots thinkin'/dreamin' on that )
