I would start with the system tools, then work up to your ISP: 1. Full system scan with anitvirus/Spybot/AdAware.2. Disk cleanup3. Defrag4. run device diagnostics5. Call ISP for line connect test6. Think about software re-install (browser, etc.)7. If you have recently updated your antivirus, like I have, you'll need to go back and edit the program control functions & security levels...
