in my opinion anyone whos flying a humpback/drom or lower/equivilent spec ship should never be taxed. 1 they obviously cant afford to be taxed2 they obviously cant put up a fair fight to a pirate. a pirate who taxes such lo lvl players are obviously afraid to try and tax ppl like me who may offer a challenge, and a well deserved "poke in the eye"!
