  • Actually after doing some reading up today OP, apparently a number of planets of dwarf stars theoretically do not even rotate on it's axis due to tidal forces. They rotate around the star, but do not rotate on it's axis due to relative close proximity to the star. Apparently, red dwarf stars are pretty common among all main sequence stars as well. So with that said, why not leave some planets to spin (namely larger ones) and leave the smaller ones with no spin? Is that possible with the FL engin…
