Cannot download entire Crossfire mod file from SWAT download page, left with partial download that I cant delete - virus?

To ADMIN/concerned, I have been having issues downloading from the SWAT PORTAL download page. I have tried several times to download via firefox browser, the Crossfire mod file. Now I realize its a large file, but I have a decent internet connection and I've made sure I am not downloading/streaming any other content. Basically the download times out or stops around 1 GB, but sometimes less. Is this a sporadic issue? Since I repeatedly got partial downloads from this website, I went onto the Modd…
