    Do you have a running installation? if not, do a CLEAN reinstall:uninstall (including ModManager) -> reboot -> clean registry (CCleaner) -> reboot -> install FL (admin) ->reboot -> install ModManager & CF -> reboot -> remove read-only on all files in FL dir -> activate CF (admin) For openSP you also need to replace Mission13 (M13.ini) with the one used for openSP (for example by running openSPfix.cmd) have you done all that?
