OK, this is really starting to drive me nuts. I would like to insert a few choice words and a couple of gestures on how much this problem is pissing me off, but I'll keep it civilized. I've played Freelancer without mods before and nearly finished it without any problems. But with the Crossfire mod v1.6 I cannot, under any circumstances complete mission 2, because every time the splash damage from Ashcrofts ship destroys his lifepod. Didn't know there was a choice.I assumed Crossfire was just an addon to the orginal sp mode, except for multiplayer, which I've yet to try.
