OP, cant you "remove" that new NY rule...instead it would be easier to monitor Ny and any SP or yourself to kick/ban campers (not punish all other players that have always used the sistem as a trade path leading to other sistems) and i think you already made your point by making the rule... but dont you think its too harsh to "seal" the sistem ...
