Not that I'm entirely sure on this subject, but I DO know that the mod itself has an MSINET.ocx included and stands for Microsoft Internet Transfer Control, according to what I've found, it's a VB ( Visual Basic ) component. Reading up on this I found that it's supposedly in the system32 folder but is not shipped with XP. However, Media Center Edition is not an OS I'm familiar with.
