i know it has good sides... great that pointless fights will stop. Great that it'll force ppl to coop in order to save their skin. But i doubt it'll be more fair than what was before... indeed laggy ppl will complain triple of what they do. Indeed when somebody feels has been killed unfairly will complain even more.... it's a compalint generator....

@OP : i got no problem with 1M death penalty for 1.9 (with all the money opportunities it'll bring). I am happy this is a test and i would advise not to implement it definitively until 1.9 is released. Until then Cops should forget the BMGs like they should and we should do some good Police vs Smuggler fights in Frankfurt...

woole & Verbose : CF1.9 will include a nice rebalance of the trading/mining and, from what i've seen, i'm pretty confident we don't need to alter anything further...
